No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- This includes magnets, photo products, and any personalized items.
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, image, or quantity.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We only offer replacements if the item arrives damaged or with a production error caused by us.
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.
